After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

Due to the nature of our hand made clothing; we understand that sizing may be a challenge, please refer to "Sizing Chart" to ensure your proper size.

We will do our best to ensure all guidelines are met with the shipping carrier, however; in the event that an item is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
